Recording a death provides legal certainty to a person after they have passed away, especially for those who are part of their family line or share a blood relationship with that person.

The form of document that helps legitimize this is the death registration certificate, which serves as proof issued by the state to acknowledge the death.
The death certificate provides a legal explanation with good legitimacy for the death of a citizen, based on various civil law implications that need to be addressed and that are an obligation to be resolved properly.

Once the registration is submitted with the complete requirements, the death certificate will be officially issued and entered into the data sources of the statistics agency, so that the information about the individual can also be properly maintained.

On the other hand, a death certificate that has entered statistical data will later help accommodate various interests, especially in the field of public health.

  • Processing the determination of heirs to the property of a deceased person. With a death certificate, the property of a deceased person can be legally transferred to the heirs.
  • Claiming insurance. A death certificate can be used to claim insurance, because the main requirement for an insurance claim is the death certificate of the deceased person.
